From 7:57AM through 9:31AM CST this morning, there were issues connecting to Forte due to an error on their systems and thus our merchants utilizing Forte’s ACH service may have gotten errors when trying to send payments during that period of time.
On February 3, 2020 7:31AM PST Forte reported that the incident had been resolved. They reported that “During routine maintenance, a configuration issue occurred that caused a temporary impact on VX520 terminals. We have corrected that issue which resolved this incident. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.”
Coalesce Payments will continue to closely monitor Forte ACH services throughout the day to confirm they are no additional ACH processing issues for our merchants.
